This club, formed over 90 years ago in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, provides those interested in the hobbies of amateur radio and electronics with facilities to meet and enjoy the company of similar individuals. Regular meetings are held at the well equipped clubhouse in Rose Bay and training is provided for those new to the field. Visitors to our meetings are always welcome. Friday 12/4/13 An updated 2m Paddington repeater has been installed today. The MTR 2000 base station now outputs 45w compared with the 12w rig previously, which should provide improved service. A picture of the new set up can be seen in our Photo Gallery.
Saturday 4/5/13 We have now completed the installation of our antennas that suffered storm damage. Special thanks are due to Benelec for their generous donation of replacement equipment and materials and also to those members on the rooftop who braved the strong winds.
